This is our second review, as after a trial, we went for a starter pack. All the points in our previous review are still the important gains (in gym terms!) from algorithmic playlists, also slowly triggering Discover Weekly specifically. Lots of streams indeed, but it shouldn't be your focus point, the best thing is the saves, new audience, people discovering your music, building a following and eventually a fanbase. Very efficient. The people from Marketwise are straightforward and transparent, no corporate crap talk! We highly recommend this.

The number of streams I received exceeded my expectations, and I also noticed an increase in my followers and saves. I was very skeptical when I first learned about MarketWise, but I only have good things to say about my experience thus far. I bought the Starter Pack, and was delighted with the service I received. There’s an actual team behind the streams you’ll see on your tracks. This team actually connects with customers, as they did with me, and walks you through how it works, as well as the results of the campaign. My song got more streams than targeted, and I’m very happy with the way it’s laying a foundation for further discovery for my whole catalog. I’m in the middle of a second campaign and intend to work with this team for at least a few releases and see how things build from there. I’ll aim to update this review after I’ve done more campaigns.

I am always skeptical about services of this kind. But I am really happy with this one. They offer no guarantees or specific numbers which is always a good sign. Any guarantee in my opinion is a red flag. How do they do it? As far asI understand the technicalities of it, they run audio ads to target people who like bands similar to your sound. Having said that, I need to point out that your music should be professionally produced and you should know what your sound likes are, be very specific about it. The results we got are very interesting, people save the track to listen later (I guess!) because of the ad, and then the track ended up in Spotify algorithmic playlists. In my experience so far, this has been more efficient than playlist placement hunting. Ideally you should be doing both. Just wanna stress at this point that we don't care about the numbers themselves but reaching out to more people, and by targeting the country where we are based we could possibly make fans who would attend a gig. Last but not least, good communication and good manners from the Marketwise team. Very happy, will use again, and you should too. Peace out!
